  • Cancellations made from January 2027 onwards are non•refundable due to confirmed arrangements and final attendee numbers.
  • Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fees.
  • All conference charges be invoiced in January 2027 together with the annual membership renewal.

Will each attendee attend meetings together or separately?

Selecting separately will allow each attendee to book their own separate meetings once the scheduler opens.
Otherwise only one attendee will be able to schedule meetings.
